At DD Triathlon Coaching, our coaching is for all athletes regardless of ability. We work with beginners looking to complete their first sprint triathlon through to more experienced athletes chasing PBs at full distance triathlons.
We often hear athletes say 'coaching isn't for people like me'. There's a perception that only high level and elite athletes have a coach. We often find it's those newer to the sport that get the most from coaching because they have more to learn and confidence to gain. However long you’ve been doing the sport everyone can push their limits further by working with a coach.
As well as Triathletes, we also coach endurance athletes opting for single disciplines such as Marathon and Ultra Marathons, Rowing and Cycling.

At DD Triathlon Coaching, we provide a holistic approach to your Training; combining Strength & Conditioning, Nutrition, Recovery and Sleep. To achieve real results it isn’t just about hard work, it’s about getting smarter in all aspects of health and performance.
Building a strong coach-athlete relationship is big for us, you have to trust in your coach and the program being delivered. Regular contact through video call and messaging will build that shared understanding and trust on both sides.
Your training program is delivered remotely, so no geographical restrictions, and we can easily work around time zone differences.
Whatever your goal, our flexible and progressive training plans, created around you as an individual will help you achieve your best performance.
Your individual Training plan is one important piece of the jigsaw. Recovery, Nutrition and Sleep have an equally important part in achieving Performance.
We integrate these areas alongside your training plan, to help you achieve your athletic potential.
