DD Intentional fitness believe that taking a holistic approach is essential when it comes to better overall health as well as improving athletic performance. Your nutrition habits directly affect your performance. Knowing how to fuel your training and what your body needs to recover well are key to reaching your potential.

Our simple and personalised nutrition coaching allows the athlete to understand the performance benefit of real food and how fueling correctly will allow you to reach your performance goals without suffering from poor recovery or inconsistent training from illnesses or injury.

Nutrition doesn’t need to be the last step in your progression and with our approach at DD Triathlon Coaching it will be integrated into your holistic training package. Our goal is to empower and educate the athlete in the latest evidence based nutrition principles. More importantly, it’s easy to understand and sustainable all while allowing you to enjoy life outside of training and competition.
